Once gas has been put in an item, it is considered used and not returnable.
Some product categories due to their size and complexity will be subject to a restocking fee equal to a percentage of the pre-tax purchase price based on the list below

Shipping and handling charges are only refundable if the item was shipped in error on behalf of Eastern Auto-Mower or if an item is damaged and a refund is given. Otherwise, shipping and handling charges are considered non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except when returning due to damage or defects. We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as Eastern Auto-Mower is unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable. For damaged or defective returns, Eastern Auto-Mower will provide the appropriate shipping labels for your return.
All return requests need to be submitted to our Customer Care team through our website or phone call. When reaching out to Customer Care, please have your order number on hand and reason for your return, e.g. does not work, broken, do not want, etc. It is extremely important that a return authorization number be assigned for all returns prior to being shipped back. Equipment returned without a return authorization number prior to shipment may be rejected for refund consideration.
Please allow 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive the product for your refund to be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
All returns are subject to inspection by Eastern Auto-Mower personnel as to identify possible use, misuse, missing components, damage or abuse. Refunds may be denied, or only partial credit given because of failure to pass a return inspection.
